Viewer Reach:
Coverage shows the area of conformance based on the AVIXA DISCAS
standard: closest viewer, farthest viewer, and 60° horizontal viewing angles.
Item Label:Labels the item. Should be
kept short to prevent lengthening the URL. The label also enables direct JSON insertion into the
Workspace Designer using curly brackets { }. Text inside { } does not appear in naming fields. For
more information, see the FAQ.
Layer:
Assign this item to a layer. Layers can be shown, hidden, locked, or
unlocked from the Layers tab.
Path Shape: Path Shape are objects using SVG paths to create your own shapes in the
Video Room Calculator and Workspace Designer. Useful for table tops or curved walls. Use the Draw
Simple Path tool for straight lines only. For curves, use the SVG Path Editor. For more
information, see the FAQ.
X:
Coordinates X &
Y are the upper left hand corner of tables and walls but are the center of all
other objects.ft
Y:ft
Z:
[Optional]
Base elevation (Z) is the vertical measurement from the floor to
the base of the object. Used in the Workspace Designer custom rooms.ft
Top Elevation:
[Read-only] The measurement to the top of the object or display. For displays,
this is an approximate value derived for the diagonal inches. Not shown on the
drawing of the Video Room
Calculator.ft
Width:
Only tables,
walls, and columns have adjustable widths and lengths. All other objects are
fixed in size. Walls have a fixed width of 0.10 m / 0.33 ft.

Height:
[Optional] Vertical height of the object in the Workspace
Designer. For walls and columns, the default value is the Room Height field if set, but can be
overwritten in the below input field.ft
Narrow Width:
For tapered/trapezoid
shape tables, the narrow width at the head of the table.ft
Number of Chairs:
Number of chairs in the row.
Editing this value resizes the row length to
(Number of Chairs) x (Distance between Center of Chairs).
Distance between Center of Chairs:
For Row of Chairs, the
on-center distance between adjacent chairs. The image
tile and the Workspace Designer / DXF / xConfig export
all use this value. Default is 2.35 ft (0.72 m). Clear

Radius of all 4 table corners unless Radius Front Half
has a value, in which case it is only the back 2 corners. The value should be
no more than 1/2 of the length or width, whichever is smaller.ft
Radius Front Halfft

Pointer Size:
Size of the arrowheads at each end of the Dimension
Line — sets both Konva.Arrow pointerLength and pointerWidth. Same pt-like
unit as Font Size (1 unit ≈ 1 cm of physical extent), so the arrowheads
scale with the room and zoom level just like the label glyphs. Default is

objects or the room. Works for single items and for groups / custom items
(the bundle's rect drives the snap). Does not work with Snap Center
to Increment.
Snap Center to Increment:
Snap the center of the object to an incremental value.
This is similar to the idea of snapping to the grid, except it focuses on the center
of the object. It does not work with Snap to Object.
Snap Center to Increment value:
