Item Width:Only tables, walls, and columns have adjustable widths and lengths. All other objects are fixed in size. Walls have a a fixed width of 0.10 m / 0.33 ft.

Version / Author: info Field to keep track of Version and/or Author. This field can be any length but will add to the total URL length.

Note: Background images are temporary and not saved in the URL by design. Undo button does not work properly after multiple images are loaded.

1) First set the room width and length, then choose the background image file upload: info Background image formats: JPEG, GIF or PNG

2) Create a scale by selecting 2 points that have a known distance between them. Mouse down is the 1st point, drag to draw line, mouse up is the 2nd point.

Load in original unit (m/f): info When a saved configuration or template is loaded, it will use the unit (meters/feet) that it was created in.

Snap to Objects: info Show guidelines and snap to the edges or center of other objects or the room. Only one item can be selected. Does not work with Snap Center to Increment.

Snap Center to Increment: info Snap the center of the object to an incremental value. This is similar to the idea of snapping to the grid, except it focuses on the center of the object. It does not work with Snap to Object.

Snap center to increment: info Incremental value for Snap Center to Increment. This is similar to the idea of snapping to the grid, except it focuses on the center of the object. It does not work with Snap to Object. Minimum value 0.01.

Max Viewing Distance - 4x diagonal display

Explanation: The optimum viewing distance of the display is 1x to 3x the diagonal measurement of the display. The farthest participant should be no farther than 4x the diagonal measurement of the display. See Cisco's Best Practices: Creating Effective Video-enabled Workspaces . Room Kit EQ extended options

Quad Camera Extended (720p) uses the Cameras SpeakerTrack ZoomRange MaxZoomFactor configuration, which reduces the image from 1080p to 720p but allows for a tighter zoom. Lighting is very important when using this setting.

Quad Cam + PTZ 4K Extended requires the Quad Camera and PTZ 4K camera to extend the SpeakerTrack capability of the Quad Camera. The functionality also requires Table Microphone Pros. See Cross-view and Extended speaker view: setup and guidelines.
